Cancellation of the 2025 MLPO Awards Ceremony

I am writing to inform you that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel the 4^th Annual Massachusetts Latino Police Officers Association Award Ceremony, scheduled for Friday, October 3, 2025, at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester.

We apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. This decision was very difficult to make, but we had the unforeseen challenge of not receiving sufficient nominations to present awards. These circumstances are beyond the control of our awards committee. While we are keenly aware of the hard work our Police Officers from across the Commonwealth put in every day, we cannot acknowledge those exceptional achievements without nominations.

For those of you who have provided an RSVP to attend this event and/or sponsor this event, we thank you and appreciate your support. Please stay connected to our organization and we look forward to collaborating and/or celebrating with you on future events.
