The Massachusetts Latino Police Officers Association would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who supported and attended our January Winter Social. We were proud to kick off 2026 by celebrating strong partnerships and reaffirming our shared commitment to expanding MLPO’s outreach and impact across the Commonwealth.
The Winter Social was an evening filled with great company, meaningful networking, delicious food, music, and fun raffles. We still have open spots, and this training is free to MLPO members. Email info@masslatinopolice.org to reserve your spot.
Not interested in attending the training? We also welcome volunteers from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM to assist with setup and instructor support. Volunteer hours are available.
🤝 Volunteer Opportunities
We welcome volunteers for all MLPO events. If you have time to spare and want to help us build community service hours, we would love to have you. The more helping hands we have, the more we can accomplish together.
🎓 Manny Familia Scholarship Fundraiser

This fundraiser supports the Manny Familia Scholarship Fund, allowing us to provide financial assistance to qualified applicants attending the police academy or pursuing higher education. Your participation helps us continue and expand this critical mission.

We rely on your nominations to recognize the outstanding work officers are doing across Massachusetts. We cannot honor above-and-beyond service unless you take the time to let us know—your voice matters.

MLPO is sustained entirely through membership fees and event fundraising. We do not have corporate patronage. Membership renewals help us maintain our website, cover administrative costs, and meet state nonprofit requirements.
General and event sponsorships are also vital to our financial well-being. If you—or a business in your community—support our mission, please refer them to us. Sponsorship information is available on our website or by emailing info@masslatinopolice.org. All donations are tax deductible.
And if all you can do is spread the word, know that word-of-mouth support is powerful and deeply appreciated.
